Sometimes it is not necessary to open accounts in US dollars. For instance in most offshore, not US, based companies that trade the forex, you can open Euro accounts.Look for a foreign account that takes Visa or mastercard, they have a small percentage fee, but most of the time you can choose the currency you like and have access to trading any of these pairs.
